Canesten Once Cream is a Pharmacist Only Medication convenient, one off treatment for thrush, suggested for women who experience vaginal dryness and repeated infections.
It contains a tube of cream which is inserted high into the vagina with an easy to use applicator. It is important to note that even though vulvar itch is very common; you should not apply Canesten cream solely to your external skin as the infection is inside the vagina. If you suffer from repeated infections, a longer treatment is advised.
If this is the first time you have had thrush, talk to your doctor before using any treatment.
