Active Ingredients:
Each dose (8.7g) of Ethical Nutrients Mega Magnesium Powder contains:
Magnesium amino acid chelate (Meta Mag - Magnesium diglycinate) 3.0 g
Equiv. elemental magnesium 300 mg
Taurine 3.0 g
Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 300 mg
Calcium hydrogen phosphate 290 mg
Equiv. Calcium 68 mg
Potassium phosphate monobasic 182 mg
Equiv. Potassium 52 mg
Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 50 mg
No added artificial colouring or preservatives. Free from gluten, wheat, dairy, lactose, eggs, nuts, yeast and salt.
Dosage:Adults: Take one heaped scoop (8.7 g) in 200 mL of water twice daily or as directed by a healthcare professional.
WARNING - this product contains pyridoxine hydrochloride which may be dangerous when used in large amounts or for a long time.
Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate
