• Dosage:

• Adults:  3 - 6ml

  Take as required up to three times daily.

  Dilute in 30ml of water or juice and drink immediately. Follow with a glass of water if required.

• Not for use in children under 12 years of age without professional advice. Do not use if breastfeeding, pregnant or intending to become pregnant. Do not use in conjunction with alcohol or sedative medications. Temporary numbing of the mouth may occur as a natural effect of Kava.
